Our's is an age in which "Brain" dominates/regulates our activities to force us to 'Conform' to a systematized world and the *Poor Heart* is suppressed and its longings/preferences; desires find little expressions beyond what the Society "Permits".
A catharsis is thus needed for a really 'meaningful transformation of our lives'...Meditation can, perhaps, be one of the ways to FREE our "Heart" from its age old suppression...release huge energy for ultimate transformation and transcendence.

The technique is interesting and straightforward. My instructor, Dr. Meena Jindal (ma osheen) , was very supportive. Her answers to questions were clear and helpful, taking a lot of pressure off of the mechanics of practice. It made for an atmosphere that I want to continue experiencing this technique rather than feeling driven to jump through processes.

Excellent instruction in a COVID safe environment. The techniques were explained in detail with analogies to make it understandable. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in reducing stress and expanding the mind.
I have been trying to meditate for so long, it became a chore. I wish i had taken the Dive Inside classes 5 years ago. People don’t think about learning how to meditate and struggle, truly this is the best.

Easy to learn and practice. Therefore, it is not a burden to set aside time to meditate. Ten days in and already feeling the benefits - the weight of the work and home to do list feels lighter. I generally feel more connected and engaged.
